A meeting pod that drops the noise floor below 30 decibels.
Engineered by a team of acoustic specialists, space designers and structural engineers, this soundproof meeting pod blocks over 80% of ambient office noise — so every conversation inside it stays private, and every conversation outside it stays undisturbed.
Built by acoustics engineers, not furniture stylists.
Most "quiet rooms" are just a box with a door. This meeting pod is different: a professional team of acoustics experts, interior designers and structural engineers built it from the inside out, pairing high-density soundproofing materials with a scientifically engineered structural layout so the insulation performance clears industry standard by a wide margin.
The result is a space that stays compact without ever feeling cramped — ergonomic proportions, a filtered fresh-air ventilation system, and finishes chosen for comfort during back-to-back calls, not just for the product photo.
Four material layers stand between your meeting and the open office.
3mm space-aluminum frame
A 3mm space aluminum structure combined with an electrolytic plate gives the pod a rigid, resonance-resistant shell — the same category of build used in professional acoustic enclosures.
Polyester sound-insulation core
Polyester sound insulation cotton and a dedicated sound attenuation board fill the cavity, absorbing airborne noise before it reaches the interior panel.
Laminated acoustic glass door
The door leaf uses ultra-clear tempered laminated glass (5mm + 27mm air gap + 5mm) — full sightlines in, almost no sound out.
Eco-friendly interior panel
A flame-retardant, moisture-proof polyester sound-absorbing panel finishes the interior, tuning the room's internal acoustics so voices stay clear on video calls.
Available in four signature colors.
Every pod is finished with AkzoNobel powder electrostatic spraying — high stain, wear and aging resistance, so the exterior color stays true for years, not months.
Every surface is chosen, not defaulted.
Furniture built for daily use, not display
The genuine leather sofa resists cigarette burns without losing its finish. The standard 25mm moisture-proof worktop can be upgraded to a Wilsonart chemical-resistant laminate rated to 180°C, scratch-resistant, anti-slip, and antibacterial against staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and klebsiella pneumoniae — and it won't swell or mold after 12 hours submerged in water.
The details that make it usable, not just quiet.
Motion-activated lighting
An infrared sensor switches the lights on the moment someone enters and off after they leave, with an adjustable delay from 5 to 45 seconds.
Silent fresh-air exchange
A silent turbine fan continuously exchanges fresh air, keeping the sealed, soundproof interior comfortable through long meetings.
Built-in power & USB
A 100–230V socket panel, dedicated fan switch and USB ports keep laptops, monitors and phones charged without extension cords.
Fully mobile footprint
Eight adjustable, levelling caster wheels let facilities teams reposition the pod as the floor plan changes — no reinstallation required.
Two handle options
Choose a solid wood pull handle for open-access spaces, or a locking handle where the pod needs to be reserved and secured.
Custom sizing available
Standard external dimensions are W2800 × D2000 × H2300mm, but custom sizing is available to fit tighter floor plans or larger teams.
One footprint, several configurations.
From two-person huddle pods to larger team configurations, the meeting pod scales to the room — internal usable space stays generous even at the compact end.

Every component, engineered as a system.
From the aluminum frame to the acoustic glass, each part of the meeting pod is specified to work together — not sourced separately and bolted on. The diagram below breaks down the main structural and finish components.
